Volumio Hardware Mixer Support [resolved]

I am trying to enable DAC+ audio support in Volumio. I would like to control the volume using hardware. Using software creates static. Does the Audio+ support this? Does it work “out-of-the-box”?

for software volume control:
For Volumio:

We recently added Rapsiaudio in the dac selection, you will find it in the last version of Volumio!

Just select “Raspiaudio” in dac selection and it should work straight out of the box :sunglasses:

I was hoping to be able to use Hardware. :frowning:

In a few days I will have the ULTRA++ available it can do hardware volume control
