I have been searching th forum first, but could not find an easy answer… I have just booted the radio out of the box, found the setup in my web browser, but I have issues adding the channels other than the ones that are pre-set. I have tried severURL’s both in MP3 format and AAC, the radio just keeps turning on and off, or just saying playing, and no Sound (Specially the MP3 URL)
Sorry this post i guess have been gone through earlier, but I just want the radio beeing able to play the radio
An example URL: http://lyd.nrk.no/nrk_radio_p3_mp3_h
Thank you in advance
No one knows? can it only be used with preset french jazz channeks?
That URL redirects to a https stream.
Can Muse Radio handle that without an external helper?
An alternative approach - if it cannot - use Squeezelite-ESP32 on the Muse Radio and install LMS ( https://lyrion.org ) on a computer in the home network and then get access to thousands of Internet radios plus lots more.
Thanks Paul for your support!
@KurtHELL for some reason the default app does not like redirect links but I have been able to add your radio station using the link by tracing the end server, just add this urls and it will work :
http://cdn0-47115-liveicecast0.dna.contentdelivery.net:80/p3_mp3_h
The problem with using redirected links like those is that in a few weeks it might not work any more.
I will try to modify our software to use link like that directly.
But I agree that Squeezelite esp32 is a more solid solution.
Thank you!
Yes I know its a link, but it is how our main national broadcaster shares it ![]()
I dont want to change to DAB after our country gave away our transmitters
