I purchased an Audio Drive on July 20th. I was just curious as to what to expect with shipping time? I’m anxiously awaiting its arrival.
Also, I noticed, or rather didn’t notice a CONTACT area with which to contact the company. Did I just miss it somewhere? The web based form to send questions didn’t function for me, either, it said it failed due to a server error.

Europe backers have received their deliveries.
The first batch of USA FedEx shipments to the logistics center is stuck in customs for a week. I have opened a claim. If it gets lost, I will directly ship another parcel next week. In short, the best-case scenario is 7 days, and the worst-case scenario is 3 weeks.
I’m using Amazon as a logistics center in the USA to dispatch my orders. The first shipment I sent to them was lost, and the second was checked in on August 21, 2024, but it is still not available for shipping. Here is the communication with their support team:
It’s hard to believe, but they say it could take another 25 days after the shipment is completed for it to be ready for dispatch, with a maximum expected date of October 6th.
