I received my Muse Radio today. After I connected it to my wifi, it booted up and automatically connected to a radio channel, playing audio. After about 5 seconds (give or take) it suddenly restarted and now it is stuck in a continuous restart loop. It boots up, showing the raspiaudio logo, then shows the main menu (?) for 2 seconds (no audio), then it restarts again. It’s been doing this in a loop for the last 30 minutes. I have tried turning it on/off again several times, and I have tried resetting it following these instructions: https://youtube.com/shorts/2K4RMIrQgUA?is=aXnSSAggYS9dTk_M (but I’m not sure if I’m doing it correctly, because I can’t really say that I’m hearing a click).
Any suggestions?
Update: I found a better tool to reset, now I definitely hear the click. Still, resetting does not fix anything. The battery indicator on the back is red when I plug in the charger now though, it did not light up at all out of the box.
