How to keep the raspberry pi cool with raspiaudio hat installed

I am looking for cooling suggestions for my Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus Rev 1.3 with a Raspiaudio Ultra++ module installed. All cooling solutions I have found so far do not seem to accommodate modules like the Ultra++. Do you have any suggestions for a cooling solution that will work with the Ultra++ module installed on the gpio pins?

I personnaly never ran into heat issue, but you should have just enought room to add this heat sink under the maing IC of the PI 3B:
