I ordered and paid for a Muse Lux Speaker in September, have heard nothing

As per the subject, I ordered and paid for this speaker on Sept. 21 on the web site (not via amazon). My card was charged immediately (69 euros, although the price has dropped considerably since then) and I got an emailed confirmation. But I’ve heard nothing since, and I’ve emailed the contact on the receipt (olivier at ros.fr) twice and got no reply. I joined this forum because the other contact details appear to go into a black hole.

What gives? If you aren’t making this product any longer, can I please get a refund? I’m getting a bit p*ssed off now.

I still want the speaker, if it’s available, although the price drop immediately after I ordered was a bit annoying. I understand if you are having issues building them/sourcing parts, but I’m very annoyed that I’m not getting any reply.
