… you forgot the ‘r’ and I opened the link in Firefox (which doeesn’t support serial com) so standing is 1:1 now. (hihi).
Loaded the new .bin.
When I use tts the muse is silent, until a pusch the ‘action’ button. After that I hear the last sent message.
Not really what we want, sorry.

aaahhh.
I sayed ‘alexa’ and the led starts blinking blue, I als speak ‘Schalte die Testlampe ein’ (switch the testlamp on) and led continouse to blink and after somee time I get a spoken message ‘Entschuldigung, das habe ich nicht verstanden’ (sorry, can’t undeerstand you).
==> The muse isn’t usablee for a periodic announcement anymore or other infos, but react on the wakeword. Maybe there is a problem understanding me, or a problem of the configuration to link the spoken words to an action. When I use the ‘Assist’ function in HA (right upper corner) I can type in a sentence (same as I spoke) and the teest lamp ist switched on/off. This part is working, will start exploring the ‘missing link’.

So,
I edited my scripts.
First I switch the wake word usage off, than I do my announcment and than I switch the wake word usage on again. Works fine, I now have working announcements again.
Is a little bit … but works for now. Edited: No, works not always … hrrrr.
Unfortunately, the wake word detction isn’t working anymor. It works only once after the installation …
And, no idea how th link the wake word deteection and the assist things.
I used fast-whisper, do all the configuration as documented, but nothing happens. As long as the wake word detection didn’t work out, there is no chance to test it.

When you switched the muse luxe off and on again, HA lost connection, no idea how to get it running again. Tried a restart of HA. Not accessible.

After reinstalling the .bin on the Muse Luxe it was accessible to HA again, announcements working (using the above trick), but wake word detection fails completely.
Today I am here until 5 PM, and than tomorrow evening.

wake word detection didn’t work. Can speak 10 times, Led not changing.
I had both the Lux and Radio work well with home assistant wake word. Wondering though if these are able to run micro wake word. Which ESP chips do these contain? My Lux is over a year old (ordered Nov-23 through spotify), Radio is brand new.
Also, on the Lux, is it possible to adjust the sensitivity of the microphone? Alternatively, can the jack be reconfigured to work with an external microphone?

We will publish tomorrow the local micro wake word for the Muse Radio, it is working but it is still work in progress as we need to tweak codec’s settings.
It should be also portable on the Luxe as it doesn’t take much ressources, same the codec need to be otpimized by ativating the ALC. it will be done soon after the Radio task mentionned above.
